Answers to the usual questions

Do I need to install anything?
No. Workflow Repair ERP runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. There's nothing to download. The cashier view also works as an installed PWA on iPads, Android tablets and Windows tills.
Can I move my data from my current system?
Yes. We provide a guided CSV import for clients, parts and inventory. Bring whatever you have — we'll help you map it.
Does it work offline at the counter?
Yes. The IMEI/TAC database is bundled and updates in the background — intake works without internet. The POS keeps a local queue of sales and reconciles when the connection returns.
Is MyData submission really automatic?
Yes — every receipt, invoice and credit note is submitted to AADE the moment it's issued, through Viva Fiscal, and comes back with its ΜΑΡΚ and QR code on the document. No batch jobs, no Sunday-night sessions.
What does the e-invoicing provider cost?
Nothing extra. You issue through Viva Fiscal — a licensed provider on AADE's registry, provider code 026 — and there is no per-document charge and no document packs to count: you pay only your subscription, from the Standard plan up. The prerequisite is a Viva terminal on the counter, because the device is what signs; card fees remain Viva.com's, per your own agreement with them.
Can I use my own domain for the e-shop?
Yes. Add a CNAME record and we auto-provision HTTPS within minutes via Let's Encrypt. Your storefront lives at yourname.gr with a valid SSL certificate.
What hardware do I need for the POS?
A tablet or PC with a modern browser, and any Viva.com card terminal. No proprietary device rental, no hidden hardware fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in one click. Your data stays accessible in read-only for 30 days, then is exported and deleted on request.
