A catalog built for two-wheelers

The intake pickers draw on a catalog that covers motorcycles and mopeds rather than cars alone: make, model, generation and engine size. Picking the model puts the bike in the right shop category automatically, with the checklist that belongs to it.

The same choice decides what is transmitted to AADE: the vehicle category becomes "Motorcycle/Moped", one of the seven values the service accepts.

Service by mileage, and history

Every job records the day’s mileage without pre-filling it from the last visit. The bike’s history opens by plate and shows what was done last year, with which part and at what cost, so you know whether the 20,000 service has already been done.

On two-wheelers the same customer returns often and for small amounts. The client record keeps their bikes in one place, so a customer with three of them does not become three cards.

A queue of many small jobs

A two-wheeler workshop puts more vehicles through than a car workshop, at a lower average invoice. The repair list filters by status, technician and date, and searching by plate brings the bike up immediately.

Where the work is a straight replacement, the job goes directly to charging without passing through diagnosis and approval. Where an estimate is needed, a quote goes out for the customer to approve from their phone.

Seasons and appointments

Spring fills the workshop and winter empties it. The appointment calendar takes online bookings, sends an email confirmation and a reminder the day before, and turns an appointment into a job with one click.

Till, tax documents and the AADE client list

Maintenance and repair services for motorcycles and mopeds (code 45.40.50) are in the annex to A.1057/2025, so all four reporting moments apply. The submissions hang off the job’s own flow, with no second app.

Charging happens in the same place, with cash or card on a Viva terminal, and the myDATA receipt is issued through a licensed provider or Viva Fiscal. Once it has a MARK, the 4th moment closes.
