A repair ticket in 20 seconds
Log the device with brand, model, IMEI and fault, photograph its condition on intake, and hand the customer a ticket with a tracking code. That code is a status page: the customer checks progress themselves instead of calling you.
The model autocompletes from a shared device catalogue with specifications, and IMEI/TAC lookups run locally — no hunting through third-party sites to identify the handset in your hand.

POS, parts and invoices in the same flow
When the repair is done, you charge it from the till: labour, parts, VAT, payment method. The part leaves inventory on its own, and the myDATA document is issued from the same screen through an e-invoicing provider.
Cash, card or a Viva terminal — the payment lands on the repair, not in a separate notebook.

Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The till screen also installs as an app (PWA) on iPads and Android tablets.
Can I run two shops?
Yes. Each shop has its own data, users and inventory, and you switch between them from one account.
What about the data I keep in spreadsheets today?
