The key question: how will the receipt come out?
RepairDesk’s public material shows no Greek fiscal integration — myDATA, provider, Greek documents (checked 02/08/2026). If that also holds for your installation, a Greek shop will need a separate invoicing program next to it — meaning a second system and double entry at every hand-over. Ask them before deciding; it is the most expensive "small" item in the comparison.
In Workflow Repair the flow ends at the receipt: charge at the till, myDATA document, stock updated — in the same system that opened the ticket.
