Provider, or the free government tool?

AADE’s timologio is free and does exactly what it says: it issues documents. But it knows nothing about repair tickets, device history or parts stock — whatever you recorded while working, you retype at issuing time.

A licensed provider exists so documents are issued and transmitted to myDATA automatically, from the system you already work in. In Workflow Repair that means: the repair finishes, you charge at the till, the document is issued and transmitted — one flow.

What providers cost in the Greek market

In the well-known commercial tools, the provider is usually a separate charge on top of the subscription. Published examples (official pages, checked 02/08/2026):

Which document, when — in repair-shop language

A service receipt for the walk-in customer. An invoice for the business client — with their details already in your customer base. A credit note when something is returned or corrected. A delivery note when the device travels. All from the same flow, all in myDATA, with VAT computed correctly.

Answers to the usual questions

Do I need a provider, or is the free AADE tool enough?
If you only want to issue documents, timologio is enough. If you want the receipt to come out of the same flow as the ticket, stock and till — no double typing — you need a system with the provider built in.
What do providers cost elsewhere?
Usually a separate charge — e.g. +€6/month on ENTERSOFTONE GO, document packs on Epsilon Smart (official pages, 02/08/2026). In Workflow Repair there is no per-document charge at all: you issue through Viva Fiscal, a licensed ΥΠΑΗΕΣ provider, and pay only your subscription from the Standard plan up. The prerequisite is a Viva terminal on the counter, because the device is what signs.
Is there a provider with no per-document charge?
Yes — Viva Fiscal, and it is the provider we work with. The fiscalisation is performed by a registered Viva Terminal or SoftPOS device at the moment of payment, so you buy no document packs and count no units. The prerequisite is a Viva terminal on the counter: the device is what signs, so without one there is no signature.
Can I issue receipts from inside the repair software?
Yes — that is the whole point: the repair becomes a myDATA receipt or invoice from the same screen.
