The pass on one screen

The software available for the motor trade is built for repair shops, with six stages from intake to handover. In a wash pushing forty to eighty cars a day, those stages become the slowest part of the shift.

In Workflow Repair a pass fits on one screen: you type the plate, pick a package and the car is in. Below it you can see which vehicles are on the premises at that moment and the order they came in. On the way out you press "Charge and receipt" and the pass closes.

A car wash’s client list

Car washes have been in scope since 1 July 2025, under their own client-list type, distinct from the repair shops’ one. The vocabulary changes with it: the service category is "service per price list" or "service by agreement". It looks like a detail right up until the transmission is rejected.

The category is set once in settings: if you have a posted price list, every pass is filed that way, with no question at the exit. A free wash or one of the company’s own vehicles is recorded as a free service and own use respectively, with the reason for not issuing a document filled in automatically.

A dropped connection mid-shift

In a car wash a five-minute outage translates into ten cars. The record is written to your own system first and transmitted after; if AADE does not answer, the pass is recorded as a transmission failure with the real entry time in UTC and sent again in the background.

Passes also count on their own meter, separate from a repair shop’s job limit: the free plan gives 300 passes a month.

Charging and the receipt at the exit

The exit is also the charge: package, VAT, cash or card on a Viva terminal, and a myDATA receipt through a licensed provider or Viva Fiscal. The moment the receipt gets a MARK it is correlated with the client-list record automatically. In compliance-only tools that step is done by hand, by scanning the receipt’s QR code.

Because this is a real till, you also get the daily close, revenue per package, and a picture of when the wash fills up across the week.

Reviews bring the next customer

A driver stuck at the roadside looks for a workshop on the map and picks by the stars. The Trust add-on asks for a review automatically after handover — by QR on the receipt, by email or SMS — and collects the answers, the complaints and the per-technician rating on one screen.

The digital work card for your staff

The Greek digital work card applies universally, with penalties, from 03/11/2025, and a wash with three people on a shift is among the cases checked most often. Workflow Repair offers it as an add-on, with arrival and departure from the same app and staff pulled from ERGANI.
