Review management: ask every customer at the right moment
Most satisfied customers never write a review because nobody asked them. Trust asks automatically after handover, of everyone, in the same way — and collects the answers on one screen.

Three routes to a review
A happy customer writes a review when you ask while the job is still fresh. Trust asks in three ways, and all three run in parallel.
On paper, a QR code is printed on the receipt and on the repair note. On the phone, an email or SMS goes out after handover with a delay you set — two hours, a day, three days. And if there is no answer, a reminder follows at the interval and repeat count you configured.
- A QR code on the receipt and the repair note, linked to that specific customer
- Email and SMS after handover, with your own wording and a preview before sending
- Reminders with a configurable count and spacing in days
- A sending history: who was asked, when, through which channel, and what came back
Every review on one screen
Each answer lands in the same list with its rating, text, date and the channel it arrived through. You filter by stars or by source, and you can see which repair or sale each one came from.
The average, the star distribution and the last month’s trend update on their own. When the average drops, you know which week to look at.
Performance per technician
Every review is tied to the repair that prompted it, and that repair is assigned to someone. So Trust shows a rating per technician. It is mainly useful for seeing who handles difficult customers well and who needs help with communication.
Complaints as an open item with a state
Behind a low rating there is a customer waiting for an answer. Complaints go into their own list with a resolution state, so it is visible what was picked up, what was resolved and what has been sitting forgotten.
Because the review carries the repair it came from, you can open the job and see exactly what happened before you pick up the phone.
Product reviews from the online store
If you run a storefront, product reviews pass through the same screen: you approve, reject or delete, and the stars on the product page follow. You also choose which reviews are featured on the shop’s home page.
How it connects to Google
In settings you enter your profile’s review link. A customer arriving from the QR code or the email sees your page, gives a rating and is sent there to publish it.
Syncing Google reviews into the ERP — reading and replying to them from here — needs Google Business Profile API access, and that approval is still pending. Until it lands, that part is unavailable, and we will not charge separately for it when it arrives.
What it costs
Trust is billed as an add-on: €9.99 a month or €99 a year, on top of whatever plan you are on. You enable it yourself from the shop’s billing screen and switch it off just as easily.
