Tyre shop software — fitting, balancing, and the AADE client list

Ten-minute jobs and half-day jobs share the same queue. The job opens with the plate, the history keeps what you fitted last year, and the AADE record opens on entry and closes with the receipt.

Whether a tyre shop keeps a client list

The annex to decision A.1057/2025 lists tyre repair and wheel balancing explicitly (codes 45.20.13.01 and 45.20.13.02), so the digital client list applies as normal: a record on vehicle entry, a service category, an exit, and correlation with the tax document. Confirm your own activity code with your accountant rather than assuming you are exempt because you do not pull engines.

The four submissions happen inside the job’s own flow, with no second app beside the till. If the connection drops, the car still goes in, the record keeps the real entry time, and it is transmitted as soon as the line returns.

Short jobs without the extra stages

On a tyre change or a balance the customer knows what they came for, so neither diagnosis nor quote approval comes into it. The job opens with the plate and goes as far as it needs to: on a simple job you go straight to charging, while a cracked rim or an alignment problem gets a quote the customer approves from their phone.

The vehicle checklists arrive with your part of the work ready, meaning tread, pressure and alignment, and anything else you add yourself. The same goes for the intake fields: size, DOT, wheel position, tyre storage.

  • History by plate: what you fitted last year, when, at what cost
  • A vehicle catalog with make, model and generation — so "Golf" does not mean four different cars
  • Your own intake fields, without waiting for a release from us
  • Intake photos over QR — the state of the rim before you touch it

Stock for tyres and rims

Tyres, rims, valves and weights each hold a code, a price and a quantity. When a part goes into a job it leaves stock and its cost is written onto the job, so every change shows what it left you.

Taking delivery from a supplier is done by scanning the delivery note’s QR, and it links to your open purchase order. From 12/10/2026 digital confirmation of receipt becomes an obligation for the receiving party, and in Workflow Repair it works on every plan.

Till, receipt, and the digital work card

Charging happens in the same flow, with card on a Viva terminal and a myDATA document through a licensed provider or Viva Fiscal. Once the document has a MARK, the 4th AADE moment closes too.

For your staff, the digital work card is available as an add-on, with arrival and departure from the same app. It applies universally, with penalties, from 03/11/2025.

Start free

The free plan puts no monthly job limit on a tyre shop, because the digital client list is mandatory for the trade. Unlimited users and QR photos. Open an account with an email and run your first cars through it the same day, with no card and no installation.

Answers to the usual questions

Does a tyre shop keep a digital client list?
Codes 45.20.13.01 (tyre repair) and 45.20.13.02 (wheel balancing) appear explicitly in the annex to A.1057/2025. Confirm your own code with your accountant; if it is in scope, the software covers all four reporting moments.
Can I add fields for size and DOT?
Yes. Beyond the vehicle fields, each shop defines its own intake fields — size, DOT, wheel position, storage — and they appear on the job and in the PDFs.
I store customers’ tyres over winter. Is that covered?
You can record it as your own field and find it by plate in the vehicle’s history. There is no dedicated tyre-hotel screen today; if you need one, write to us.
Does it have a till and receipts?
Yes: a till from €19/month, and myDATA documents through a licensed provider or Viva Fiscal from €39. The digital client list works on the free plan too, with no vehicle limit.
