Software for car audio and alarm installation
The shop sells product and it sells fitting hours. One stock feeds the counter and the online store, warranty is kept separately for the product and for the labour, and a client list record is filed for every vehicle that comes in.

Retail and installation in one system
A head unit sold over the counter and a head unit fitted into a car come out of the same stock. In the second case a job opens with the plate, the product goes on as a line together with the labour hours, and the charge happens at the end on one document.
The catalog holds a code, a price and a quantity for amplifiers, speakers, screens, alarms and looms. The quantity updates with the sale, without a separate entry.
An online store on the same stock
On the Business plan the shop gets its own storefront, showing the same products as the counter and sharing the same customer base. An online order reduces the same stock as a sale at the till, so there is no synchronisation to break.
A customer buying online can also book a fitting appointment. The appointment turns into a job with one click, carrying the product they have already paid for.
Product warranty and labour warranty
The two do not run for the same length of time, and often they are not given by the same party. Warranty is set per line, so the amplifier keeps the manufacturer’s duration and the fitting keeps yours. The customer receives one note showing both.
When something comes back, the claim is recorded against the original sale or repair, so what is covered and until when is visible immediately.
Fitting appointments
A fitting ties up a bay and a person for specific hours. The calendar takes online bookings, sends an email confirmation and a reminder the day before, and shows the day per technician.
The digital client list for installers
Decision A.1057/2025 names businesses fitting alarms, audio systems and instruments to vehicles explicitly: code 45.32.12.33 for precision instruments, 45.32.12.34 for alarm systems and 47.43.33.16 for car radios.
When a vehicle enters your premises for fitting, a client list record opens as it would in any workshop. A straight product sale over the counter, with no vehicle, creates no record.
Start free — no card, no contract
The free plan puts no monthly job limit on this trade, because the digital client list is mandatory for instrument fitting too. Unlimited users and an active client list. The till starts at €19/month, myDATA documents at €39 and the online store at €99.
