Free repair shop software that is not a trial

The Starter plan is permanent, not a 14-day demo. Repair tickets, a customer base, a parts catalogue and intake photos — no card and no end date.

What the free plan includes — honestly

Repair tickets with statuses and history, a customer base, a parts catalogue and QR intake photos. The limit is 30 repairs a month — and it is a soft limit: you get a warning at 80% and 100%, but intake never blocks mid-job.

Users are unlimited, on the free plan too. Add a technician, the till and an assistant without the price ever changing — in most of the market, the second user is the first thing that costs money.

  • Repair tickets with a tracking code for the customer
  • Unlimited users and unlimited storage
  • Intake-condition photos via QR — evidence for every dispute
  • A soft repair limit that warns you and never stops you

What the free plan does not have — and when to upgrade

The POS till, appointments, full inventory and myDATA invoicing belong to paid plans. If you issue receipts from the repair flow or hold real stock, you will need them — until then, the free plan covers the whole basic bench flow.

Upgrading happens whenever you decide, from inside the app, with no data migration — everything you entered stays put.

Answers to the usual questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Starter is a permanent plan with real bench work in it, not a 14-day trial. No card, no contract.
What happens if I exceed 30 repairs?
You get a warning at 80% and 100% of the limit — but intake never blocks. If you exceed it consistently, the next plan starts at €19/month.
How many users can I have for free?
As many as you want. We never charge per user, on any plan.
